Grabify Support

Need help with a purchase, license, capture permission, or recovered session? Email mreiffy@gmail.com.

Purchase and license recovery

  1. After checkout, return to Grabify and keep the original Grabify page open briefly. A completed purchase normally activates there automatically.
  2. If it does not activate, open Grabify settings, select Have a license key?, and paste the key shown on the checkout success page.
  3. If the receipt or key is missing, contact support from the email used at checkout. Include the approximate purchase date and plan or credit-pack size.

Do not send a full license key, card number, or Stripe login password by email. Support can locate a purchase from the checkout email and basic purchase details.

Billing and cancellation

For an active monthly or yearly Pro subscription, use Manage subscription in Grabify settings to open Stripe's customer portal and update payment details or cancel renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid Pro access normally remains through the current billing period.

One-time credit packs do not renew and do not have a subscription portal. Friends & family licenses also do not use Stripe billing. For duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or another billing error, email support with the checkout email and charge date. Digital purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

Website access and permissions

Grabify works only after you invoke it from the Chrome toolbar or the page context menu. It does not run as a persistent content script or send ordinary browsing activity to Grabify.

If Grabify cannot open on a website, check Chrome's site access for the extension at chrome://extensions → Grabify → Details, then reload the page and invoke Grabify again. Chrome internal pages, the Chrome Web Store, and pages where Chrome prevents extension injection cannot be captured. Grabify does not bypass paywalls, DRM, login restrictions, or other access controls.

Session recovery and local data

Unfinished capture sessions are stored locally in the extension and can be restored when you reopen Grabify on the same browser profile. Avoid removing the extension or clearing its extension data before exporting work you need. Captures, annotations, PDFs, and PowerPoint files stay on your device unless you explicitly enable and use an optional export integration.

For a privacy or deletion request related to a purchase, license, or feedback submission, email support with the relevant purchase email or other identifier. See the privacy policy and terms for details.
